![]() ![]() I would like to give credit to Töki on blizz forums for suplying a very good list of weapons.World of Warcraft has finally revealed an official replica of Frostmourne, the Lich King’s infamous blade, for pre-order. ![]() Please feel free to suggest additions or changes to the list. Used the same method above and the given "Increases haste rating by 400 (40.00% L60)" to find outĬomment by 984751Here follows a list of swords with glows or effects that will override weapon enchants. Note: the haste multiplier at level 57 is 10.6125 Now use haste multiplier "10.6125" to calculate haste % L57. Given: Increases Haste Rating by 320 (33.96% L57) How to find out by what percent 570 will increase haste by level 57.Ī. _ The values for healing in this table are not verified for patch 4.0+_ List of some items or attributes that (although not haste in name) increase spell casting or attack speed: List of haste weapons, enchants, potions, racial and class attributes (there might be more):Ĥ. (plus gloves enchant which is always present), Lifeblood rank 7 is clicked,Īnd you drink the haste potion at the same time then total = 1220 haste (122.00% L60) (plus gloves enchant which is always present), and Lifeblood rank 7 is clicked, then the total = 820 haste (87.02% L57) So if both the weapon and the enchant proc occur at the same time The haste multiplier for level 60 was found using the given "Increases haste rating by 400 (40.00% L60)" from Haste Potion.įor more details see the "calculations" section below. The haste multiplier for level 57 was found using the given "Chance on hit: Increases Haste Rating by 320 (33.96% L57)" from Hand of Edward the Odd. Note, the multiplier for haste at level 57 is 10.6125 and at level 60 it is 10.00. Once level 70 is reached Blade of Wizardry can be used for an additional 280 haste. Once level 60 is reached Haste Potion can be used for an additional 400 haste, for a total of (400 + 820) 1220 haste (122.00% L60). If you have Lifeblood rank 7 (requires level 55) from Herbalism an additional 240 haste can be added (240 + 580) for 820 haste (87.02% L57). Hand of Edward the Odd (and/or Blade of Wizardry) + Enchant Weapon - Black Magic + Scroll of Enchant Gloves - Minor Haste for a total of 580 haste (61.55% L57). I am still using it, since the Tempest hasnt dropped for us )Ĭomment by 697870Items that can be used to increase haste: ![]() ![]() Obviously, you dont have to follow my advice, but if you are a destruction warlock(0/21/40) and are raiding, but dont have the BT/Hyjal weapons, I would pick this up. If you dont have enough passive haste to do this, the Naj'entus weapon, The Maelstrom's Fury, is better. Keep in mind, I have enough passive haste to cast 4 shadow bolts at the Blade's proc speed instead of 3. However, with the proper amount of passive spell haste, it is possible to cast 4 shadow bolts while the proc is still up, instead of 3, which actually boosts the damage increase from this significantly, but only for fights that last around 4 minutes or longer(which in raids is a lot of them).Ĭurrently, the first 2 "upgrades" in this case would be the Zhar'doom, Greatstaff of the Devourer, and the Tempest of Chaos, off of Illidan and Archimonde respectively.Īfter checking the math on the dagger that drops from Naj'entus, the Blade of Wizardry is still slightly better for me. In order to outdo the proc with a new weapon choice, it needs to have at least 60-70 +damage more than the Blade of Wizardry. Comment by necroclysmIf you do the math on it, for a destruction warlock in BT-level gear(I only tested with my numbers, of course it has less effect if you have less +damage, and more effect with more +damage) it comes out to around 2700-5400(non-crit damage to crit damage range, top end range for me is about 3500-7000 in a raid, but thats with an elemental shaman in my group, shadow priest in raid, and ISB up) damage increase over a 2 minute period on average, from just the proc, in a raid setting. ![]()
